The first in our American IPA series features Simpsons Golden Promise malt and Mosaic and Amarillo hops from the Yakima Valley. Golden Promise malt provides a clean, malty base and the hops deliver a punchy array of dank, tropical fruit, grapefruit blossom and mandarin orange bitterness.
