American Light Lager - 4.3% ABV l 9 IBU This beer is exactly what it sounds like ... .light lager. It is a smooth, drinkable lager with a very clean smooth finish.

Blonde Ale - 6.0% ABV l 27 IBU Nothing says summer like a great baseball and a great blonde!

Dunkel Bock, or Traditional Bock - 6.5% ABV l 31 IBU This is a rich and robust German lager known for its deep amber to dark brown color and complex flavor profile. It is characterized by a strong malt backbone, moderate hop bitterness, and smooth drinkability. The flavor is rich, malty, and slightly toasty, with some dark caramel notes and only enough hop bitterness to support the malt.

Irish Stout, also known as Dry Stout - 4.2 ABV l 43 IBU This is a type of dark beer that originated in the British Isles. It is characterized by its dark color and roasted, almost burnt, coffee-like flavor. Irish Stouts use British malts and hops, and ale yeast for a full body and flavor, accompanied by subtle fruity esters overtaken by malt aroma and hop bitterness.

Altbier - 6.5% ABV l 37IBU l The word "alt" literally translates to "old" in German. Our Altbier has been conditioned for longer than normal period of time resulting in a crisp, clean-tasting, full-bodied beer with a malty to nutty bittersweet finish.

Fruited Sour - 4.6% ABV l 0 IBU - Kettle sour wheat beer. Infused with sweet cherries and tart raspberries.

Pale Ale - 637% ABV l 46.7 IBU - Our homage to the classic American Pale Ale style. Featuring the three “C’s” of American hops: Cascade, Chinook and Centennial, this ale combines a slightly dry finish with a semi sweet “cascade” of malts to create a balanced beer with a bit of punch.

Holiday Fest Beer - 8.1% ABV l 26 IBU Brewed in memory of Anchor Brewing’s “Our Special Ale”, Festivus is a winter warmer that features dark, roasted malt flavors balanced with a blend of spices and fruity notes.

Cream Ale - 6.2% ABV l 35 IBUInspired by tantalizing descriptions of cream ale from the early 20th century, this recipe combines ideas from both the pre- and post-Prohibition eras—including corn in the grist, dry hopping, and above-average strength.
