Breathe easy, because that’s exactly what we’ve captured in our first Saison release, “This Perfect Day.” This unfiltered blonde beauty features spicy white pepper notes brought forth by our French Saison yeast strain and an aroma of Stargazer lilies, lavender, and vanilla, coupled with a comfortably numb 8% dose of alcohol. Pumpkin Spiced Ale - 6.1 ABV l 15 IBU l Our Pumpkin Ale blends the fall flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove and the full-bodied sweetness of pounds of pumpkin to deliver a beer that tastes like pumpkin pie in the glass.

Bavarian Rye Lager - 6.0% ABV l 24 IBU l Roggenbier, or German Rye beer, is a traditional beer style that has made a comeback in recent years. It is characterized by its substantial use of rye malt which will lend spicy and fruity notes to the beer.

Wild Rice Amber Ale - 5.4% ABV l 27 IBU l Originally brewed and perfected by the James Page Brewing Company in Northeast Minneapolis, this is our interpretation of their Wild Rice Amber Lager

Fruited Sour - 5.0% ABV l 10 IBU l With over 25 lbs/BBL of real Blackberry puree, this one is for the fruit lovers. The addition of lactose gives a mild sweetness, rounding out the tart acidity of the berries. Biscuit malt in the grain bill lends a hint of dessert bread. All of this is done without any artificial flavorings. Cheers!

New England Hazy IPA - 6.3% ABV l 19 IBU l Juicy mouthfeel and low bitterness compliment the citrus and fruity aromas of Azacca, Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops to make this double dry hopped beer a tropical delight.
